III Prometeo Workshop

LHC: Physics at the Limit

València, 2-5 and  15-19 November 2010

In connection with the research projects of excellence "PROMETEO'', the phenomenology group at IFIC/Universitat de València is organising the third PROMETEO mini-workshop. It will address the subject of LHC and Physics at high scales and will last two weeks from 2 to 19 November 2010. The format of the Mini-workshop is of at most three talks per day with plenty of time for work and discussions (see previous workshops Prometeo I and Prometeo II). We expect speakers and participants to stay in Valencia for one full week at least. In these links you have information on location of the physics department (and google map) and possible accommodation for external participants. We plan to cover the following topics:

  1. LHC physics with 1 fb-1
  2. Decoding new physics models from LHC data
  3. Flavour physics at the LHC era
  4. Effective interactions
  5. Extensions of the SM
  6. Neutrino physics
  7. Seesaw and leptogenesis
  8. Precision observables

List of invited talks for the first week, 2 to 5 november:

Title Author
